Welcome to Kings Avenue Primary School. Thank you for taking the time and effort to look at our school website, we are very proud of it and of our school. Whether you are a parent, carer or child who is already a member of our school community or are considering our school for your child in the future we hope you find the information here both interesting and informative.
We are a school that prides itself on being warm, friendly and inclusive. We have a clear vision for our school which unites staff, governors, families and children. We strive to be an inclusive school and offer a broad, balanced and differentiated curriculum, which is challenging and stimulating and meets the needs of all our pupils regardless of ability, gender or ethnicity. We believe in the importance of supporting and challenging children to achieve academically, whilst also caring about their development as kind, polite and respectful members of our community.
At Kings Avenue we welcome parents, carers and children as partners in the education process. A successful partnership involves close co-operation, support and trust as well as recognising that the best education can only be provided when we have a shared vision and responsibility. Our overall aim is that our pupils leave us as confident, enthusiastic learners prepared for their next stage in education.
I hope this website will give you a flavour of what our school has to offer and invite you to come and see for yourself.
